Since 2010, Jeremy Rose of The Axis Church has been gathering pastors and church leaders from various denominations and Christian traditions for Third Thursday gatherings which aim at gospel encouragement, soul care for church leaders, and the sharing of hard-won wisdom for joy-filled endurance in church leadership.

PAC exists to encourage, equip, and partner with Biblically-qualified, pastors – along with their families and churches – in order that pastors would flourish in life, family, and ministry. PAC provides pastors with a community of other pastors to share life and ministry with. The burdens and struggles of pastoral ministry are unique, and there is something especially nourishing about being known, loved, cared for, encouraged, listened to, and built-up by other pastors.
